For 53 years; Buckwheat noodle and Japanese-style noodle

It’s getting hotter and hotter nowadays. Summer is just around a corner.

This hot weather made me think of cool noodles, so I visited the Song-ok which is known for its buckwheat noodle. Because the time was just right, the store was not that busy. I didn’t have to wait long to be served. It has been a long tim since I last came here, and there seemed to be something different They changed the signboard, for one.

I ordered the buckwheat noodle as soon as I sat down. It comes with side dishes as they are shown  in the pictures. You just pour the soy soup from the kettle into the bowl, and put white radish juice and chopped green onion leaves according to your preference. The soup is a bit salty and pleasantly sweet.  It sure cools one down.

After a while, I got the noodles. I used to cook it by myself at home, and it tastes ok but different from the ones  when I eat out. This, however, is not that unique but it is quite addictive and so good that I often look for it.

Needless to say, I put well boiled noodles in the soy soup and ate two dishes in a short time.

It tastes better when I eat it in this hot weather.

I drank up the soy soup today as usual. It always makes me feel full.

This hot weather brought me up with made me think of cool noodles, so I visited the Song-ok which is known for its buck wheat noodle. Because the time was a little vague just right, the store was not that busy. I didn’t have to wait for a long time to be served. It has been a long time to come since I last came here, and there seemed to be something different (There is nothing wrong with the sentences, I just didn’t want to use LONG TIME twice in a row). They changed the signboard, for one.

I ordered the buck wheat noodle as soon as I sit on sat down. There It comes with side dishes. (What side dishes?) You just pour the soy soup from the kettle into the bowl, and put white radish juice and chopped green onion (leaves?) according to your preference. The soup is a bit salty and pleasantly sweet. It cooled myself down. It sure cools one down. (Present simple presented as fact, coz the noodle hasn’t been served yet in the narrative)

After a while, I got the noodles. I used to cook it by myself at home, and it tastes ok but different from the ones (ones, referring to numerous consumed dishes, or number of establishments narrator has eaten in, and not “one” particular dish he has eaten) when I eat out. This, however, is not that unique but it is quite addictive and so good so that I often look for it.

It tastes better when I eat it in this hot weather.
